BossWatch enables people to anonymously rate their bosses and employers using a respectable evaluation form so that job seekers can search potential workplaces and can access inside information about what it's like to work there.

Asher Adelman is the founder of eBossWatch. After experiencing first-hand the nightmare of working in a hostile work environment, Asher decided that there had to be a better way for people to evaluate prospective employers.

Asher has worked in the software, medical device, and venture capital industries. Asher received his MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine and holds a BA in history from the University of California, San Diego.
