Best Buy Employee Review

Best Buy - "Bottom of the barrel job"
Submitted on Mar-04-2012
The biggest problem with Best Buys are their management team. For example, the General Manager at the Pleasant Hill/California store is extremely rude to her employees, and often negative toward customers. Her management team has absolutely no people skills and tend to lie to their staff. Management makes it very clear that if you don't successfully push their useless services, warranties, and so-called protection plans onto the customer, you will be terminated on the spot.
